Pool Key Fobs are required to access the pool and restrooms and only work during posted hours.

  • New or Missing Pool Key Fob? The property owner or registered property manager can request a pool key fob at Pool Key Request. There is a $15 fee to issue a new or replacement pool key fob, which will be charged to the owner's HOA account. Tenants must contact their landlord or Property Manager to submit the pool key request. Requests submitted by tenants can not be processed.

  • Access Suspended? If the owner's HOA account has a past due unpaid balance or there is a stage 3+ uncured violation, pool access will be suspended until the balance is paid or the violation is cured. Reactivation of fobs is not immediate. Owners should email pool@hpnhoa.org to request reactivation. Once we verify the account/violation is resolved, access will be reinstated within 24-48 hours. Tenants must contact their landlord or Property Manager and ask them to submit the pool key request.

  • HPN HOA has an on-site Gate Guard during peak hours who verifies access, enforces rules, and checks the pool regularly for health and safety issues. Residents are required to check-in with the Gate Guard when present.
  • New to the neighborhood?  Submit a Pool Key Request. Pool Keys issued to previous owners are deactivated at resale.
  • Need to schedule a Pool Party? Submit a Pool Party Reservation. Reservations do NOT provide for exclusive use of the pool or pool furniture - HOA members will have normal access during your event.

  • Free WIFI is available in the pool area. The password is posted at the pool and may change periodically.
